• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes

Services Description

Naaya Tracking provides GPS tracking services including:

• Vehicle and personal GPS tracking devices
• Mobile apps for iOS and Android
• Web dashboard access
• Fleet management features
• Location-based services and alerts

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with other users' access to services
• Comply with all applicable Tanzanian laws and regulations

Payment and Billing

• All prices are shown in Tanzanian shillings (TZS)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Users are responsible for all applicable taxes

Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
• Force majeure events may suspend service delivery
• Users assume all risk when using tracking devices
